Needs new management and new service staff if this place is going to last. Charging full price for drinks that are not made to standard. Charging for 5oz drinks and giving them less. Food is sub-par at best. High priced for low quality.

Wow folks…what a great place!Everything was just perfect this evening.The 5 of us had never been to this restaurant before. The drinks, appetizers, meals and desserts were so good!!!Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The cooks were great and we enjoyed talking with them.You definitely need to try this place. It’s definitely #1 on our list!!!

Decided to go out for valentines dinner at last minute so we didn’t have reservation, was told we can go downstairs to lounge area and still order off restaurant menu.We then decided we still want to give it a try , so asked the girl at the bat for menu, and she rudely told us that she wont serve us cause that’s what chef told her , and also people upstairs do not work in the kitchen so they dont know what they are talking about.(her words)So unprofessional and rude. We understand its busy day and we dont have reservation so we might be able to have a table that’s totally fine, but we didn’t deserve to be treated the way we did.

Cocktails were excellent. Food was good but not great. Waitstaff did not seem well trained. A good waiter/waitress would replace a knife when they pick up a knife that you have been using for your appetizer.

Karen was a great server. The menu is fairly limited. Appetizer choices included only one salad and it was with iceberg lettuce!Also truffle fries and cheese curds with ranch dressing which are heavy in calories. Also limited choices for entrees. We had the salmon which came with mixed vegetables which were tasty and a large helping of mashed potatoes which I did not finish. Pumpkin cheesecake did not look like a cheesecake, more like a small amount of pumpkin pudding. Waitress went back to the kitchen to verify it was cheesecake. It was tasty but not what we were expecting. Restaurant is going to undergo a change in management so maybe food choices will improve. Wine list quite extensive although some not available due to management change.
As guests of the attached Historic Park Inn, my wife and I were able to dine at the Sunday Brunch and on one separate evening. Both experiences were great. On our Sunday arrival day, we both got the Brunch burgers - tasty juicy burgers the perfect size with mild cheddar sauce, cherrywood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion on brioche buns. At our dinner, I got the 12 oz. ribeye with fried potato skins, and topped with whiskey butter; tender, juicy and very tasty. Mt wife enjoyed her excellent Portobello risotto entrée. On both days, service was good, and our servers very engaging. The restaurant naturally is done in the Frank Lloyd Wright motif; adding to our pleasurable experience. The only downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays & Mondays, as is many of the city's other choice restaurants.

The lovely vibe and good food was ruined by freezing air conditioning. We would have been happy to have dessert and coffee and a second drink, but we were too cold. AND my delicious steak tasted like cold leftovers in a matter of minutes. Also the layout is weird. Diners have to walk into the middle of server traffic when entering the restaurant. There should be an entryway where servers are not rushing back and forth.
