Food prices have gone up. Food quality has gone down. Specifically at this location, three times in the last year I've had hair in my food (NOT AN EXAGGERATION). Yep, I kept going back for some reason. Why is it that McDonald's is the only restaurant that gets my order wrong more often than not. Almost every other restaurant I go to, they get my order right 99.9999% of the time. No more McDonald's. Subway is healthier and lower cost. And they have never once gotten my order wrong.Dietary restrictions: You must be okay with eating hair to dine here.

Went through drive thru at 10:50. Ordered small fry and bacon mcdouble. There was no ketchup or mustard on it. The bacon was barely cooked and the cheese was only half on the sandwich. The other half was on top of the bun along with a piece of raw bacon. The fries weren't even room temp in fact they may not haven been in the warmer. Very disappointed with their lack of common sense and disgusted with the food. I will be reporting to corporate. Try harder.

Fresh coffee at 8 o’clock at night is such a special treat! Seems like a simple thing, but often hard to find when you work the late shift. Every one was waiting for so long in the lobby badly
while waiting for my order another customer asked the cashier if McDonald's "honored" veterans. She turned and asked her manager. the manager appeared sa with her "Nope" answer. if I hadn't already paid I would have wlakes out. Mac won't get my money anymore..

Food was standard McDonald's. This particular location seems like the staff is always grumpy. Lots of flies in the dining room. Worst location in Mason City.

Although I gave a 5 star rating, the impersonal interaction/ Disconnect, the lack of placing an order at a register with a real person compared to a screen is a turn away when it comes to the dine in option, our fries were lukewarm at best, there was one small pickle per mcdouble, we ordered 3 mcdoubles and 2 small fries along with 2 small cokes, the dining room area was decent, though again really lacked the feeling of being in a McDonald's somewhat , more then likely we will opt to just drive thru upon next visit, cash customers are obviously the minority nowadays- this is an update to our prior review at this location
