Prices have gone way up. Portions have been cut in half. The big companies keep sticking it to the little guys.Music was blasting making a quiet dinner impossible.The floor around the dining tables was sticky with spilled sweet soda. The dining tables were dirty and needed cleaning up. Staff was not interested in cleaning the dining room, and barely interested in serving the customers at the counter.

For the most part everything was good. The main complaint I would have is that it's cold inside to the point that I wasn't done eating and my food was already cold.
I love the orange chicken and the mushroom chicken the best!!

My husband and I have tried this location several times and every time we have came here the food is never hot or fresh. Tonight I asked if the food was fresh and they looked me in the face and lied about it not only that the portion size was so skimpy, I have always had a hard time finishing a larger plate and tonight I was not even full. I feel for $25 for two plates and no extras you should be more then full! I can go to huhot for $28 and eat as much as I want and be stuffed!DO BETTER PANDA EXPRESS!!!!!

Kinda goin down hill here…. The last 3 times the portions have been so chintzy and less and less. My 2 entree plate lacked in barely any rice and not hardly filled with entrees—and this time was even noticeably less than last. Light as a feather in the to go bag…Then screwed up my very easy order and I had to go back because they forgot my drink cup I ordered… then gave me the small instead of medium that I ordered… then had a note on the ice machine that says if you want ice you have to go back up to the counter for them to take it back and fill with ice….then the food was barely warm… sigh. Hard to be redeeming at this point….hardly satisfactory…do better. Maybe I’ll come back or maybe nah…
Great food and service. I have had to do work in their back area before in the course of my job, and I have to say that their cleaning routines are leaps and bounds ahead of any other fast food restaurant.
