Wow! Haven't been there for awhile, but prices have really increased. Use to be a place to get a decent pizza at a good price. Now you get a thrown together pizza that's pretty much the same price as a pizza restaurant, and you still have to bake it.

Ordered online. I got there right at the specified time and three of four items were ready on the pre-paid stand. I asked for my salad and the employee asked if she could refund me for the salad as they had run out of lettuce. I said "sure!" Then she said she'll be right with me and proceeded to help the four customers in line. That was iritating but it actually went quickly. My turn comes, I ask for her to refund entire order to re-ring the items I was receiving because I'd given a percentage tip based on the higher total. She said she'd need to get her manager, I said "ok." Two minutes later she comes and says the manager on duty was rather new so she called her GM who didn't answer the phone. I asked what would be equivalent to the salad like maybe another dessert and/ or some soda or something, I would take a swap. She would need a manager for that as well, so I gave her a break and accepted the $8.00 cash, they kept the tip, which I regret leaving in the first place. Fast forward 15 minutes, I get to the dinner I was providing to share with an old friend I hadn't seen for two years and apologize for no salad. Next issue was that I received the wrong monkey bread- I ordered the dessert one as she had two small children who would've loved it but we received the garlic kind. Next issue was that the thin crust was stretched so far over the tray that the edges burnt in the oven. Last issue was that the half-and-half pizza was much more 2/3-1/3. Toppings and cheese still tasted good. NOT IMPRESSED.

I'm disappointed they weren't offering the taco pizza even though their website said it's available through 5/28/23. Apparently, they ran out of the salsa that it comes with. I did try to call first before driving across town to get a pizza, but their phone is "temporarily" disconnected. I thought a salad would be good to go with the pizza I wound up ordering, but no salads were available either! Now I know why the parking lot was empty!

Good product, poor service. Too many children working here. Don't care about the service they provide. Stopped making my pizza to wait on 3 people at register. Very slow. All toppings piled up in the middle. Phone rang and went un answered.

Lot is very small and congested. Ppl park diagonal and vertical behind, you can easily be hit. The pawn shop next door seems to be overly busy. When I was there two lge pickups were BOTH taking up TWO spaces each. It was icy and snowy and slippery. I have 2 bad knees and a cane and they don't have boxes and I took a bag but half of pizza slid to one side. I got a pizza box from pizza hut and will use it next time -- PAPA MURPHYS HAS THE BEST PIZZA IN MASON CITY IA. PRICE IS SO REASONABLE AND VERY GOOD SERVICE. SORRY ABOUT THE NEGATIVE! JUST FYI.Parking: I just did above.

Ordered a pizza and cheese bread last night. The pizza didn’t have any pizza sauce on it. At all. Didn’t watch them make it as we did it online. Just grabbed it and went. Got home and went to throw it in and when cutting realized there’s no sauce on it at all. They were closed by the time we drove home. The pizza wasn’t bad however. We just dipped it in marinara sauce we had in a jar. But yeah. Thought that’s a little odd. A pizza with no sauce.
Great tasting. Very fresh! Takes time if there is a line because they make it right in front of you as you order.

Tried stopping to get a pizza and they are closed. Love their pizza but it would be nice if they could figure out if they are gonna be open or not.

I love Papa Murphy's and have had good experiences in the past here. Yesterday I came in and wanted to order the medium two topping for 6.99 which I have gotten there twice before and their APP and text specials and was told they didn't honor that there (last week they did) and it would be 13 plus topping.. I left I hope they get this sorted out or I won't be back

Ok as far as the food it was good. Service not so much. Lack of organization and the sheer ineptitude of one of the employees that seemed to think that yellow dishwashing gloves were ok to make a pizza after doing who knows what in the back. I will be avoiding this particular store for some time.
