Emma B was working and a guy I don't know the name of. She told us they were out of garlic bites and large pretzel dogs. So I ordered 16 mini pretzel dogs. They gave me 8 hoping I wouldn't notice. I waited and they opened the window and said "oops, did you want 16? There was only 8 left. You're going to have to wait 4 minutes while we make more." They were hoping I wouldn't notice. Very frustrating.

Having been served barely warm, dried out cocktail wieners wrapped in a scant amount of pretzel dough which were dumped in a paper cup with a tiny portion of ice cold mustard...I can say the amount charged was way too much for the quality of food served.Will not return. Will not encourage other to visit.

The pretzels are so yummy!! We go here every week! Love that they have a variety of flavors to add to the pretzel bites. Everyone who works here at the Mason City store is very friendly (except one girl who worked there and was MISERABLE AND TERRIBLY RUDE but I think she is not working there anymore as we haven't seen her in awhile) only reason for 4 star review is the prices. They are a little on the expensive side but the atmosphere and the food keeps us coming back.
