“The pretzels are so yummy!! We go here every week! Love that they have a variety of flavors to add to the pretzel bites. Everyone who works here at the Mason City store is very friendly (except one girl who worked there and was MISERABLE AND TERRIBLY RUDE but I think she is not working there anymore as we haven't seen her in awhile) only reason for 4 star review is the prices. They are a little on the expensive side but the atmosphere and the food keeps us coming back.“
