These folks have the recipe and deliver. Pubs separate themselves from a 'bar' to a Pub with their kitchen and menu. No complaints at all. Everything was top notch.

There was not enough staff. 1 cool and 1 waitress that was also the bartender, hostess and bus person. Took well over an hour to get our food. Food would have 4 star but fries were cold. Waitress was nice.

Definitely a neighborhood pub. All the patrons seemed to know each other and it was nice overhearing some of the joyful conversations.The food was fantastic. The tenderloin and burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly, and my son loved the potstickers. We will definitely go back next time we're in Mt. Vernon!

My wife, daughter and I ate there this past weekend. We had eaten there one other time, that I had forgotten about, but the food and the service were excellent both times. I’m glad we found this place, we live in CR, but love coming to Mount Vernon occasionally, and this a great place to grab lunch.We will definitely be back.
Hands down the best burgers you will ever get anywhere. My family and I always come down to eat after Iowa Hawkeye football games and have been eating here since 2014. The service is always super fast and the quality/taste of the food is amazing.

Used to be good!!!! Fries changed, not the fresh fries they cut themselves to frozen. Wings are smaller, dry, and portions were ridiculously small for the price. The burgers aren't as good, tastes like frozen burgers also, and they changed the buns to some cheap bun. Very expensive when you can go anywhere else in town for food that tastes the same, if not better. Also, 10 tap lines and 4 were empty. Crazy, right? Never been to a bar with so many empty tap lines. Keep on walking if you don't want to spend a ton. Owners are worried about dollar signs and not quality. The quality has gone down
