We frequent BWW, and decided to pop in for a quick dinner while visiting family in Muscatine. It was about 6:30 on a Friday night (our home location would be packed) but there was only 10-15 people dining. We ordered 2 drinks, chips and queso, 10 wings and a large order of fries... it was a good 20 minutes before our chips and questions arrived. The cheese was congealed, like it had been sitting waiting to be delivered for far too long. The wings came about 20 minutes later, typically wings are so hot I am burning my fingers, they were not, they were just warm and no fries. She said they'd be right out, but never came. We ate all our wings and still no fries. We sat for another 10 mins and still nothing. We were looking around for our server to tell her to just cancel them, but she was no where to be found and a few minutes later she comes with fries that were burning hot and informed us there was no charge for the fries... truly I appreciate the gesture. And I am not sure where to place the blame, kitchen staff or servers, but in any case it was not at all busy. There were at least 3 other servers. I never got a refill, I had to ask for napkins...needless to say we were not impressed

Great food, nice newer restaurant with a screened-in patio, which i loved. Server told me to pay by app, which annoyed me. It ended up being ok. I just want a choice and prefer not to have to download and sign up for something just to pay my bill. You could order online, but it makes you enter a card number before you can even order. She checked on me twice the hour that i was there. I ordered my usual buffalo dry rub. Really good. The sweet chili lime were pretty good, too. Loved the $3 featured beer ?

The food was very slow coming out. We were there for over an hour and it was my table and one other. The service was awful. Only saw our waitress once and that’s when she took our food order and drinks the first time. We had to walk up and ask someone else for our ticket and a box because we never saw her again. I would not Recommend going to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Muscatine. Been there twice and it’s been awful both times.

Picked up carryout for my hotel. 45 min wait and then they were almost 20mins late.Wings were overcooked and dry. Fries were good.

Stood up front for a pick up and waited to be acknowledged. Girl wiping the tables looked at me multiple times and never walked up. Went to the bar. Girl there didn't acknowledge me. Only one table of customers so definitely not busy. Got home and noticed they didn't give me french fries that I ordered and were on the ticket provided. These kids today don't understand proper customer service. I'll be back but man get you're staff together.

Hair was found inside the boneless wings. This is the second time this has happened in Muscatine Buffalo Wild Wings. Service is slow and take forever to ask you for your drinks and food.

The food was okay. The service was horrible. We were not given napkins or silverware. We had to ask several times to get those and drink refills. The restaurant was only 1/4 full with many wait staff. My daughter ordered mandarin oranges and they were rotten. We will not return.

We stopped for a late lunch, but there was an Iowa basketball game on television. There were several open tables, but after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to seat us, they told us that it would be about a half hour before we could be seated. They didn't have enough staff to take care of everyone who'd shown up.I rated the food at 3 stars. We didn't get to eat, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Went for beer, food, and drawing. I got all three. Next time I will get the reaper wings. The second down could have been a little hotter.
We went in at 2pm in the afternoon to watch March Madness championship. Only 3 tables with people. They refused to sit us saying they were understaffed. We said we didn’t care if our food was slow, just really wanted to watch the game. Was told they were not sitting people. Went to Applebees down the street and were welcomed ! Won’t be back to this poor establishment in Muscatine

Been all around the country and in countless buffalo wild wings but this is by far the slowest I've ever seen. Been waiting 45 minutes and still don't have my food. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Edit: 55 minutes to get my food. Box is soggy from sitting on the Warmer for probably 30

Not the same BWW I remembered. The service was very slow to get the food and bill. Had multiple pieces of uncooked chicken. Staff gave a discount but it didn't even offset the cost of the raw chicken pieces ☹️. They didn't even replace the uncooked chicken! Ended up getting food poisoning that evening.

The service here is getting slower and slower every time we come. It took them 35 minutes for them to tell us they're out of the sauce we ordered, and then still another 10 minutes to bring out the wings only for them to be cold.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! We got here at 11:15 - party of 3. Place was absolutely dead (1 couple sitting at the bar), didn't even get menus until 11:25, ordered our food, 30 MINUTES later she comes out and says they are out of Honey Garlic sauce (we all ordered this flavor so we all had to adjust), then 20 MINUTES later our food finally comes out and it was COLD!!!!! Chicken was chewy and gross. Service was awful. 2 customers got up and refilled their own drinks!! This place needs to close its doors or turn it over to new owners/management that will take it seriously. I will not be eating here again.
