Having grown up in Chicago and just recently moving to Muscatine, I’ve been craving some of the food I grew up eating.let me tell you I’m beyond glad that I tried Capone’s out today. My food was gone in under ten minutes and I wanted more. It was so good! :)

We were tourists to Muscatine & read about this place on Google. Based on the reviews we decided to go. We very much enjoyed our Italian Beef sandwich & fries. In fact, we took some home for dinner as the sandwich was so large. Highly recommend.

My wife and I like to stop in when we can. My wife loves the chicken wings and I usually get a Polish sausage or dog.Last time I got a Capone burger and was really impressed. Burger was delicious and the fries were too.

I walked up to the counter as the cashier was on his phone. He put his phone away and the cashier sounded and looked disinterested. I ordered the wings and jumbo hot dog and waited for my food as the place was empty. Some paint was falling off the wall, nothing was on the TV nor was there any sort of music so it was very quiet. When my food came out I asked for a fork since they had none readily available and the cashier pulled out their big box of plastic forks and had me reach into it which seemed pretty unsanitary. I said thanks and didn't receive any reply back as the worker got back on his phone. The service could use some work. I opened my food and the chicago jumbo hot dog was so good, reminded me of when I actually went to Chicago. The wings are absolutely meaty and huge, plus the Korean BBQ sauce is amazing. I recommend this place but the inside and service could use a touch.
The Italian Beef sandwich is very flavorful! I like it with the spicy peppers and au jus. Here's a warning... the sandwich is so big and filling, bring a friend to share it with - or- plan on two meals! Definitely recommend this restaurant!
