thare was no Biscuits The coal slaughter had no taste. We waited 20 minutes for a order. Then they didn't even tell us that there was no biscuits.The service and food was miserable we'll never go back!!!!Parking: no one thare a lot of parking

Scheduled an order for a pickup I needed they called me after it was supposed to be ready to tell me that none of it was ready and I had to wait 20 when I told them I couldn't they refused to cancel my order. Still fighting with customer support to try to get a refund.

Ordered *chicken* pot pie and there wasn't a single piece of chicken. Went in an hour and a half before closing and they were already cleaning fryers and didn't have food. Waited 23 minutes for pot pie thinking it would be fresh, and it was, but no chicken!

6:20 last night could fill a 16 pc. Meal with regular, we said just add extra crispy. No don't have it either. Can you finish it with tenders no. Ordered a other complete meal with the 8 pc. they had. Our cost with from $50+ to over $62. Told management he needed to adjust price, he said chicken was frying off the selves. One car in lot no one ahead of us no one behind disagree. He refused us service gave us money back. Fun ribeye specail hyvee better food and $42. I win what a joke.

It was honestly so bad the fries were so greasy the chicken was pasty and the workers were literally smoking outside in the window there was around 4-6 of them all tweaking out . Never coming back ever again and so overpriced for rancid ass food. On top of that the kitchen was so dirty there was crumbs all over the floors and just horrible.

Walking in, I see the concrete is black from filth, then as I go to open the door I see spider webs that aren't Halloween decor. It made me wonder if the dining room was open. Well it was, but honestly I should have walked out. The floors were filthy. That mop bucket was bone dry, nothing even in it. It was surrounding what looked like a milkshake spill on the floor that never got cleaned up, I watched a kid come out and wheel them to the back without cleaning anything so yeah they were just for show and the mess was left untouched. While I waited for my bowl to be brought out the girl who approached cursed which I thought was pretty fitting for the building and my experience. I'm not sure why the floor is this filthy considering the business isn't very busy. Aren't you supposed to clean in your downtime? Of all places I've been, I can honestly say this is one of the filthiest establishments I've ever been to and I can't say I'd be surprised if they closed and jobs got lost. I won't be back, I'm not sure how much I trust that anything is cleaned the way it should be. You should all be embarrassed. I won't return in any capacity. Kind of stinks cuz my kids and I like the famous bowls.
