Enjoyed our dishes very much. We have eaten in person and taken food to go. Service for dine in can be slow at times (even when they don't have a lot of customers) and other times it is fine, like our last visit. The restaurant is dark and could use some upgrades to tables and decor. We have had the bento boxes, yaki soba, onion soup and some sushi rolls. Everything enjoyable and would definitely return.

Going with 4 stars because it's a dark environment and feels a little dated. I've ate here around a dozen times and really enjoy the food and because of that I'll go back :)

The service and food at Osaka was fantastic. Reasonably priced sushi that was delicious. I recommend the sweet potato roll - the tempura was perfectly crisp. Excellent stop for a quick lunch. My meal came out fast and I got back to work in plenty of time.

This is a great place despite being a chain. The sushi always seems to be top quality. Worth the drive for sure

Food was great but service was extremely slow for what looked like a well staffed restaurant. Server was friendly just not attentive to drink refills. She was quick to bring the check minutes after dropping the meals at the table even then she didn't offer to refill them. This was a lunch service at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. Only 3 other tables sat at the time so it wasn't busy.

I ordered from there quite frequently via DoorDash. Just please always call the restaurant to confirm your order before it heads your way.

A nice change of pace for Muscatine. Friendly service. Solid food. It's not a Chicago Japanese restaurant, but for small town Iowa it's a good choice. Happy they have stuck around.

My meal was delicious. Had the hibachi chicken and shrimp. Best hibachi chicken I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared excellent.

First off starting I really don’t leave horrendous reviews but others should be informed before they go, maybe they will have an adequate experience. We Waited over an hour for our food. We ordered the same thing both, hibachi dinner New York steak \u0026 scallops. And a rainbow roll of sushi. During that time didn’t see our waitress other than to take our order. Never got a refill on drinks or checked on. There was only a party of about 10 there \u0026 one other table when we arrived. While waiting we watched two other tables get served before us, that had only been there for 30 or so minutes. When we did get our food. It was cold. And we asked medium rare on steak. Me and my partner hate to even say or make an issue ever but we spoke up. They offered to heat up the food again and give us a gift card. We really didn’t even want the food at that point due to the wait and the food being cold, like who wants reheated seafood? But that’s what we were offered. So we paid 73$ and got a 30$ gift card for next visit, which if we do come back maybe only for sushi. Didn’t like the fact we were offered to have warmed up food after an hour of waiting.. at least the gift card is nice but horrible service. And for how the menu is priced you expect the service to be good as well.

Seated as we walked in. 30 minutes later we never had anyone at our table to take any order or just a glass of water. Walked out.
