I had a great meal but I was sitting close to the front by the counter and the manager was being incredibly rude to the employees who looked stressed and tired after being busy with dinner rush that made me very upset and I will not be coming backKid-friendliness: I don’t wanna have my kids see how the upper management at panda treats there staff then scare my kid thinking that’s how all managers are

Worked here for 6 months and all of the negative reviews are correct and were entirely enabled by the micromanagers who often cut corners at the price of quality and integrity. All of the long wait times, old and cold food, and rude service was because that’s how the managers were allowed to perform by upper management. I was encouraged to lie to customers and say we were out of food items or exaggerate wait times. I have several accounts of food violations, human rights violations, racism and discrimination, as well as outright bullying. Managers only ever cared when upper management was around and honestly created a hostile environment for not only workers, but customers as well.

Used drive-thru. We ordered orange chicken and black pepper steak. Food has 0 flavor. Orange chicken does not have enough sauce to flavor it. Its just a piece of dry who knows what it is. If you are going to sell Food make it delicious or dont sell any at all. And they don't offer you any condiments if you dont ask. We barely had any pepper steak on our side.

I asked for a bowl with orange chicken and fried rice. They were out of their bowls, so they put my food in a plastic box. When I came home, I opened it and it was just fried rice with no orange chicken. This Panda Express is the worst location in the state.

Food is good always clean but the other day I was asked if I wanted to donate and I said sure throw on a dollar and the lady over the intercom said only a dollar. I almost lost my cool. Sorry lady holidays are coming up and I had stuff come up. My bad I didn't donate 100$. I wonder how much she donates with a fast food salary.

We went in at 7:15pm and they had ZERO food in the hot case. We were told they were only cooking to order because it was late. They were open for almost another 2 hours!! We left and won't return.

I love PE but the portions are very small sometimes, and I felt I got the left overs from the shrimp plate ?and brocoli I order 2 Big plates as always (other locations) and it seems to be very small portions.

My first experience ever trying Panda Express in general was at Mall of America, which was absolutely delicious. My second time was at the Coral Ridge mall which was also very good. Unfortunetly, this location is a let down. Uncomparable to any of the other Panda Express' I've been to. They have the potential to save this place. It's very strange that I can bring my take-out home and be across my house and smell the small bowl I ordered. I've never had any fast food place have that greasy of a smell where it lingers for the rest of the day. Service is fine, they don't go above and beyond which I don't blame them. All I can say is clean better, maybe review how you are making food items, and fix your soda machine; it never tastes right.

Ordered online 20 minutes prior to arriving. Was told had to wait another 5 mins for the to make the sting beans chicken. Told them I will substitute for the fire chicken. They did not have that. Got something else. Bit they put the plate back on the counter. Asked if I can get my food since I already paid, they then told me he will bag it up. Just saw him standing there with no new customers. So I asked to just give me the plates without the bag. Looked in my plates and the noodles portion was almost none (got 1/2 rice). I asked to add a little more to equal the half rice and they told me no. What is the point of ordering online if you are in the store for another 20 mins trying to get your food.
