I have been very disappointed with your salad bar. I don’t mind paying the increased prices if the salad bar met expectations. All other Pizza Ranch salad bars offer soups, and more options of salads other than only lettuce salad (you used to also offered lettuce with strawberries) and coleslaw available at the Muscatine site (macaroni salad, potato salad, etc.). Please let me know if anything changes and I will come back. The service is always excellent.

Worst set up for a buffet. Separate the stations instead of creating a line for the whole thing. Employees are inconsiderate and have no sense of customer service or politeness. Besides the good fried chicken, the food was, at best, edible.

We held a birthday party for my kiddo and they were very accommodating. I wish I would’ve gotten the guys name that helped us. He had glasses and dark hair. He went above and beyond for my family.

The chicken is great but the pizza is mediocre. Kids don't seem to care that the pizza isn't great they like the game room. Salad bar is decent. The staff is friendly and they will make to order any pizza you want for the buffet.

Tried a bit of everything. Some chicken was dry and some was greasy. Waffle fries were nicely seasoned but soggy. Wedge fries weren’t really spectacular. Pizza cheese sticks were quite good. Didn’t really care for any of the different pizzas I tried, but my husband really liked the macaroni and cheese pizza. The blueberry and apple dessert pizza were decent and would eat again. Found the salad bar to be lack luster with the shredded lettuce. Nice to have the party room for our birthday party.

My daughter loves this place. The service is good, and the facility is clean. The food is probably on par with other pizza ranches, but as this area has a lot to offer in the pizza department, it falls short of local cuisine.Kid-friendliness: They love the arcade.
