We love this pizza! We get takeout all the time. But the best is dining in the cool underground location.

It's a very cool atmosphere. Down the stairs, and you enter a world of old stone foundation and brick walls. The correlation to the London Underground is fun. The service was excellent, and the pizza top shelf. The shrimp Alfredo was just okay.

The atmosphere and the wine add to a delicious meal! And the service is always great!

Just not spectacular food. It's been hit and miss but mostly miss. It's a unique place for a date as far as the atmosphere. But we found it very mediocre as far as the food goes. Staff is great though.

Was very unsatisfied with my service at Port City Underground tonight. As one of the only places open during a snowstorm, not many people were there so I expected more detail to attention. The waitress was not welcoming, did not ask us if we needed appetizers or anything. My drink was made wrong, I let it slide all she forgot was the chocolate rim. I was further unimpressed when my order was put in wrong as well. Not to mention the salad was just lettuce, a pinch of cheese and ranch. Please recommend any other businesses in Muscatine that I can support. I love eating locally but this was not it.

This restraunt serves sub par food and treats its workers horribly. As a family restraunt it treats its family well and treats all other workers like expendable trash. I have personally witnessed the cooks eating pepperoni and other ingredients rite off of q customers pizza before serving it and know first hand that an ex employee was refused a day off so he could be with his family after a family member had heart surgery. Bad food, rude owners. Do not waste your money here. And if you read the owners response it should tell you all you need to know about her and her company.

We had the specialty calzones about $15 a piece. they were excellent they were stuffed full. It had a nice crunch on the outside and soft on the inside and the marinara sauce was really good. the atmosphere is kind of like a Italianesque kind of den atmosphere it's nice I would definitely come back here.

Love the underground effect walking down 2 flights from the street. Then the delicious smell hits you and you just know your in a good place. The staff is amazing. Sit down to a candle light dinner and just relax with your favorite drink. Mine was the White Russian, waitress made it perfect. Then the food came, and Wow!!. One of the best experiences in Muscatine. Will definitely come back over and over again.

My main concern with this place is they give you a check with just what you owe ( not itemized ) not to mention with an 18% gratuity attached , we usually start at 20% and adjust accordingly based on service , the food was so so , i had the reuben pizza , #1 sauce should be on the bottom like red sauce pizza and more of it , #2 reuben is with corned beef not canadian bacon of which i couldnt taste at all do to the fact there was hardly any meat and way to much sauerkraut, my wife had a salad that was $13 and basically had nothing on it other than a very small undercooked chicken breast and the ranch dressing made her queasy to the point she quit eating it , im a retired chef and worked in some very exclusive restaurants in the twin cities and i've never seen a restaurant that their only reason for existence is to take your money and give nothing in return , we wont be going back

Nice hidden spot. I was slightly underwhelmed by the food (I think because it was later in the evening).

This place is a knock out!!! We are from out of town and we're looking to stop and grab a bite to eat somewhere. We randomly saw this place on TikTok and decided to try it. Boy were we glad we did. Not only did the owner wait our table but her mother gave us a tour of the beautiful building!! The pizza is awesome. It's not quite Chicago style, it's better. Highly recommend filling or flooding the basement ;)

The spinach and artichoke dip is an absolute must! Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Their salads are huge and delicious as is their selection of pizza.

Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere! I've enjoyed everything that I've ordered there over the years. My favorite is the spinach artichoke dip.
