Looks like both subways in this town are in horrible shape.I paid almost eight dollars for this sandwich.When I ordered on the app I asked and paid for fifty percent extra meat. It's simply not on the sandwich. The sandwich was less than 6 inches. See the picture.Virtually no green peppers, virtually no onions.Would NOT even give my money back but offered to make another sandwich with Double the meat? Wierd. I opened the sandwich in front of them because I knew it was light just by lifting it. Because i've eaten many of these sandwiches before, and this chubby guy knows what a correctly made philly sandwich feels like.No team lead or shift manager at the store either - the sammich artist had to call a "manager" on the phone. Apparently they said no refund because the sandwich was made correctly.I guess subway standards have completely gone downhill. I paid twenty dollars for 3 less than six inch. poorly constructed sandwiches.It's it's crazy because i've noticed a pattern at both place Places here in town. If you order in person, the sandwiches are made to more than the standard. If you place an online or app order, the sandwiches are made less than the standard. My guess is that they don't expect people to come back if they're not satisfied.

Walked in and stood at the counter for over a min and no one said a word to me. They just talked amongst themselves like i wasnt even there .I walked out to eat somewhere else and still nothing was said to me, that's unacceptable.

It’s about 3:00 on a Saturday (2/24/24).The employees working during this shift were some of the nicest I’ve had take an order at a restaurant - even wished me a good afternoon/evening on my way out the door.

Usually good, they miss add-ons for online orders when they are busy, understandable but a refund would be nice. And one girl touched her hair often and didn't change her glove, needs retrained on food safety.

We ordered ahead for an order placed for 2:45pm and went in and they barley started to make our sandwhiches. One of the workers were on their phone standing behind the other making the order.Like why couldn’t she help as well with making both sandwiches to speed up the process? Service is slow and they don’t seem to care enough to provide efficient customer service.

The ability to order online is extremely pointless when the "sandwich artists" are unable to follow directions. Subway used to be one of my favorite places to eat, yet, for approximately the last year, my partner and I have had nothing but terrible experiences. Ordering sandwiches with extra sauce and getting quite literally no sauce? Ordering online exclusives proclaiming to provide extra meat and getting less than the bare minimum of meat? Ordering sandwiches which INCLUDE bacon only to not receive any bacon? Ordering toasted sandwiches and receiving quite obviously untoasted sandwiches? It's quite literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. our orders are incorrect. This inconsistent behavior is something to be expected of a fast food restaurant, not of self-proclaimed "sandwich artists." This location, specifically, has single-handedly ruined Subway for me forever and, the next time my partner suggests we spend money at any Subway, I will quite unfortunately have to simply refuse his request. Slicing your meat in-house will not redeem the blatant inability to follow directions. Included is a photo of my suspiciously DRY sandwich, which was ordered to have not only EXTRA mayonnaise, but also EXTRA garlic aioli.

Everytime we order online our order is wrong and we have to call and get the order corrected. Being a convenient location for us we choose thos store often but we are now to the point where we will take our business elsewhere.

Don't bother ordering ahead online. 20 minutes past time told the subs would be ready and still no subs. When questioned, employee gave a rude, sassy response.

The service was great and the food was amazing!! I lost a soccer game a little bit before and one of the workers, I believe Zavier was his name, asked if I had played my game yet and I said yes and that we lost but I have another game later, and he told me to keep working hard and win the next game. Best subway I've been to outside of where I live.
