I ordered food from here and it was good however the order was messed up. When I called to speak with them about it I was dismissed.

The wait staff was very curious and knowledgeable about the fare. Timely service, nice atmosphere, and plenty of parking. I will definitely be back.

Waitress was slow and too busy on her phone. Food ok. Service bad.Would not recommend or come back again. No wonder the place was deserted.Close shop or pay attention if you want a successful business.

Check your order via Doordash for pick up or delivery; they tried to say I did not order pop today when I picked up my order when I indeed did. Otherwise, their chicken sandwich is delish! Will be back again for quick lunches.

April's dinner felt like it was trying to be a hometown diner where you could feel comfortable to just take 'any seat ya want'. The menu had great options for apps, salads, burgers, and breakfasts. Our table had cheese curds for an app. We were there at noon for lunch/brunch. For entrees we ordered chicken and waffles, where they offer you a 'special sauce' but when you inquire on what it is the waitress says, "it's a secret, I can't tell you." We got it, it wasn't good to any of us at our table. We also had a tenderloin and their onion rings/crisps. My husband said it was good/ok. My son ordered sausage gravy on biscuits with eggs and hasbrowns. Other than needed some extra salt on everything, it was good, he said. I ordered the western burger. The burger didn't seem to be seasoned at all, and there wasn't enough barbecue sauce, so it was dry. It was disappointing, but we will be giving April's another chance. The staff seemed out of sorts, with loud staff and cook conversations directly next to our table. I really want to have more options in newton, so we will try it again.

I really wish the business would have updated their hours on google. It says open 5-8 pm but they are only open 7a-2p. I just drove 40 minutes to be able to have dinner at Aprils diner because they make the absolute best burgers. Lesson learned I should have tried to call or look up on social media before driving this far. If you can go while they’re open, they’re great

The food was good although the hash browns tasted a little oily and not fully cooked. When confronted with this the cook immediately went to work whipping up a new batch that was excellent in flavor and cooked to perfection.

The Cinnamon Roll French Toast is one of those items that I was not expecting to see and when it was delivered it was exactly what I wanted it to look like. I should remember to order a fruit cup with it because it does need some color for contrast, but the flavour is absolutely perfect. I will probably always order this at least once a month if not once a week.

Not recommended do not go there what they advertises is not what you get !! The food is Expensive and overrated I did not even finish my lunch. I took a bite of my chicken, a bite, my biscuit, a bite of my cold potatoes with brown gravy i sent it back it was slimy the chicken under the breading ! Also, don’t get the western burger because they don’t have handmade onion rings. It has purchased onion rings to get soggy and nasty. ThanksParking: Well, they were just down, for. I don’t know how many months because their front door got ran through by a vehicle. And now they’re open and don’t even use the door. They make their customers walk around and look for a way to get in.!!!

Ate dinner for the first time and my family will not be returning. We had to order standing up, we’re not greeted when we walked in. It was super awkward, I felt very lost. Almost everything on the menu is fried and the queso was disgusting. For 2 of us to eat plus a side was almost $40! For $10 I got 3 tenders and a handful of cheese curds. The tenders are frozen, I thought they forsure would be breaded in house since they’re “known” for their tenders. Cute place inside but a waste of money once you step foot in the door.

Had breakfast there a week ago and ordered my eggs over medium. They came out half raw, and I sent them back, and they remade them. The egg white was still not cooked!! Got dinner to bring home chicken and noodles. Were the worst chicken and noodles I ever had!!! And it was so cold in there. The owner was carrying in electric heaters when we left.

needs a bigger menu. It's more of a fast style sit-down restaurant. Food needs more flavor. Onion rings were the best! Serve was good!!

Food was mediocre. Service was not good at all. The waitresses were not busy, never checked up after delivering food and never asked our table how the food was. Also, when on lunch breaks from work, you would hope the waitresses would expedite the table better.
