I applied to Culver's after seeing the hiring table. The pay rates on the table said 16$ an hour for adult part time. I am 35..and was only offered 13$ an hour for 20 hours a week availability. What is more messed up is INDEED even says "adult part time 15+ hours for 14.50-16.00 an hour" Management is a joke if you're trying to get hired. Either that or they hire you when they don't want to then proceed to treat you like garbage. They had me do a "second interview" which consisted of putting on a uniform UNPAID and working for an hour. I jump right in and started running out drive through orders when I wasn't even in the companies system. Is that even legal? I was so excited about the job. The hiring manager.. Priscilla? I believe. Needs to be fired.

It took an unusually long time to get our food. Went thru drive thru. When it finally came the contents of the chicken sandwich were hardly edible. The chicken was over breaded and over cooked the red tomato was mostly green the lettuce was wilted

You know, I don't generally leave negative reviews. I worked in fast food for several years. It's hard, it's thankless, and rush time sucks. But I am so angry and disappointed. You are running a restaurant where there is an expectation of a certain turnaround window. This Culver's was fully staffed - 2 people on registers, one person cleaning and at least 3 people cooking and another manning the drive. I expect a delay in my order when it's busy. A delay is not 45 minutes. That is unacceptable. Chicken tenders and a salad should have been 8 minutes in the fryer and pull the salad out of the cooler. You add rush, I expect that to take 20 minutes, max. 45 minutes and we got no food, and we weren't the only ones sitting in the dining room that long with nothing. We had to leave without eating so we could make our appointment in Des Moines. I wouldn't have chosen to eat here if I expected it to take almost an hour to not even have the food yet. What a colossal disappointment and waste of time. Keep the money, Culver's. I'm never coming back to this location again.

Good food, but it takes awhile to get it even through drive-thru. It is because the food is made fresh, so there is a trade off.
Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and ordered ONLY 4 MILKSHAKES. I waited for over 20 minutes. Halfway through a worker brought out 2 (without a carrier) one had a hole and she thought I had ordered food.. I did not order food. After calling someone else over to help with my order, I again waited a few more minutes. I noticed one of the cups was leaking because of the hole! Numerous cars with food orders had already gone and left before I even got my MILKSHAKE ORDER. 2 weeks prior my parents waited over 25 minutes for their order. Terrible Terrible service. Will not be back.

Went once during the lockdown the whole order was messed up. I figured maybe they had changed things so we with my wife recently. Well nothing has changed the food was either overcooked or under cooked. The staff is rude and short. Go anywhere else the food will be better.Parking: Plenty of parking I'm guessing because the food and service is so horrible no one that goes once returns.
