This restaurant seems to have issues with ‘to-go’ orders. I always check my bag as they have not put everything in my bag 2 times previously. I had just driven straight through from Rochester, MN and just did not take time to do this and- of course, I get to my destination and two Taco Supremes are missing. I call Anthony K and I inform him I am coming back for the food and to make them aware. When I get back to the restaurant he starts questioning me on how I ordered my food. I let him know that I ordered from him 20- minutes prior. Still more questions. I finally just said that I had my receipt. I ordered another item as well. No offer of discount or anything which is fine. But, he then OVERCHARGED me for it and I do not realize again until I am home. That was the last straw- I will not order food from this restaurant again. Three times is enough!

I arrived in the drive up, third car back. I got my lunch in exactly 24 minutes. I have never seen anything like it. Corporate needs to get these folks some help or maybe they should have delayed opening until they had adequate staff.

Your new business model sucks. Can't be bothered to have a human take orders in the restaurant completely ridiculous I won't waste my time coming back here so I can serve myself and have to request all my stuff that I didn't get in my order. Might as well let me in the kitchen I can make it myself too why do you even have employees?
Food was prepared as ordered. Staff greeted us when we walked in. Staff worked efficiently at the counter and drive thru.

Went here for the first time tonight and while the guy at the window was nice and food was ready fast (faster than any of the other drive through options in town), I got home and found I didn't get a single thing that I had ordered and nothing I could eat. Luckily one of my neighbors took it so I didn't have to throw away a bunch of food.

I walked up to the counter to get a couple Tacos to-go. The 2 people working saw me standing there and didn't acknowledge me. I left after 5 minutes. BTW, The dining room was empty and there was one car in the drive thru. Terrible.
