This is the second time within a month that they only sent half our order, literally forgot one of our meals and the chips and salsa, TWICE!!! And their phone number on Google doesn't even work. This place is so ghetto! Customer service is non existent. do not recommend!

The best Mexican food in Iowa , Price, quality and portions are unmatched anywhere. Service is always great, ambiance on point, not to loud , good music . Truly a spot to enjoy.. I am very picky on Mexican food, lived in San Diego for years , visited TJ frequently for authentic cuisine. I always judge a place on; #1 hot sauce- can tell it's made with love, roasted to perfection and spicy as it should be.. #2 Camarones a La Diabla - my favorite dish- never watery, actually spicy and lots of shrimp packed with flavor.. #3 street tacos . Go to taco truck messy / hit miss $3-5 small tacos - here $2.50 taco - quick, delicious every time.. Usually only get seafood as that's my favorite- I always get spicy mussels for appetizers. Kids and family love chorizo queso, chili verde, quesadillas, seafood cocktails, Recently been trying other dishes.. my new go to -non seafood is Carne de su jugo.. it's perfect. Always Don Julio margaritas. They know how to make drinks properly.. Support this local small town business. They are legit and the only Mexican food that is always good. Never hit or miss like a lot of places these days...

We have visited this restaurant multiple times and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious and portions are great. My wife's favorite dish is pollo a la crema and I'm always happy to try something new from the menu.

Went for dinner because I got a gift card. Ordered dessert under the impression I would be able to use the gift card to pay for the meal. My dessert (sopapillas) was covered in SALT instead of sugar. Was absolutely terrible. Tried to use my gift card but the server REJECTED it because she didn’t know how to use it and refused that anyone else knew how either. Had to pay for my terrible dining experience out of my own pocket.
They just decide to randomly close an hour before the listing time on their own front door. Definitely will never order from these folk again...
