Waitress was not very friendly. Drinks forgotten. Dressing not brought out with salad. Waitress came off annoyed when we asked for the dressing. The staff was sweeping and cleaning around us when we were eating- it was only 8:15. Food was delicious but very disappointed in the service and atmosphere.

Waitress was too worried about sitting at bar with friends, potatoes were cold, we both ordered the same steak medium well, his came out like charcoal and mine was bloody. Had to find another server to grab salad dressing for salad, as mine was spilled and half gone. Since the steaks were not as ordered, wanted steak sauce, both A-1 and 57 were empty at our table. I went to two empty tables to find enough to finish said steaks... As no waitress found. This used to be my favorite restaurant, last 4-5 times we have eaten there, it's been very subpar. Will not be going back at this time.

Super squeaky fan gave us a headache. Also the couple behind us was complaining of headaches from the squeaky fan. Our food arrived and I kindly told them I ordered sweet potato fries for my side, the lady who brought the food (not our waitress) apologized. My husband said, I ordered sweet potato fries too. The lady said “umm I don’t think so.”We have never been treated so rude at a restaurant.My husband 100% had ordered the sweet potato fries as his side also. Food arrived and all tasted oily, like frying oil needs to be changed. We didn’t eat very much of our food.We heard the server behind us also apologizing to another couple, because she brought their food and forgot about their appetizer sampler they ordered. We won’t be back.

Always a good meal at Teluwut. The fries have some sort of delicious magical salt blend. We drive 35 minutes just for a meal here. 10/10 would recommend!

Met with an old friend for lunch hardly no customers there. But we still waited a bit for drink orders and then even longer for food orders. Not friendly service from the waitress at all. Had to find her to even pay the bill.
This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. The lettuce was wilted, the Mac and cheese seemed to be some sort of instant Mac and cheese, the beer cheese with the pretzel bites was just microwaved nacho cheese, and the fish is terrible and was clearly farmed.There are literally no people in here ever. I’ve been here 3 times and there was only like 1-2 other tables filled, if any.The waitresses were kind of ignoring us, and service was slow.Vegetarian options: As a PESCATARIAN it was hard to find food. Most options has meat, so I had to modify. Barely any offerings for vegetarians, so if you are a vegetarian you will most likely have to modify something.Parking: Since the town this is located in is small, there is always parking because NO ONE eats here.

Not gonna lie they have way too much-fried food. All the locals loved it. the bathroom smelled funny. The booths looked like they were split in half. (there was a rip down the middle). And it was extremely expensive.

Great menu choices. It's hard to decide what to have. Excellent Fare for a small town in Iowa. I had the Taco Tuesday Special, my Wife had the Basic Burger.
