I went through the drive thru the guy on the intercom literally screamed at me, about side dishes. I asked him if he was getting an attitude he said yes. I explained to him my order already came with fries and he still continued to be hateful. So I called him a few select words and drove off. Called manager when I left, he acted like that was no big deal, said he might talk to him about the situation. Customer service just sucks these days. I wish I could give 0 stars. Me and family will not bring going back!!!!!!

I have never sen a manager be so rude to a couple. The couple had bought 2-16 piece buckets thru the drive thru. Came in because there was only 15 in each bucket. She took one bucket and emptied it on a try and counted. She turned around and grab another piece of chicken put it on the tray walked up to the couple and said see there's 16. So they asked about the 2nd bucket and she grabbed another piece of chicken thru it in the bucket told them to get out and never come back. This couple was not rude to her at all. I was standing at the counter where you pick up your food wanting to get a to go container and watched the whole thing. When I left She was out doors talking to another lady telling her that they were hostile towards her. I spoke up and said they were not and she said they thru the chicken down on the counter. I said they did not and that you just lost a customer. She came back by saying "fine have a good day". Another customer went out and apologized to the couple.

Lobby was closed. So they could have kids running around the lobby. I guess they started a daycare. The kids running around screaming at the other from across the Lobby even sitting on counters. It took over 20 minutes. My food wasn't even put together. Your night staff can not do the job. If could give a zero I would. If your manager can not run a good team. Then get a different manager and staff.

We had a large order do we called in an hour ahead. Got there and still had to wait 45 minutes. They blamed it on the shift they just replace. Nothing good to say about the place so I'll leave it at that

They didn't have the fries that go in it, the chicken was all drumsticks and the worst part of it all was the biscuits were so hard they weren't edible and we didn't get butter or honey to put on them if we did wana try to eat them. So disappointed
