Things started off really good waited by the sign PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED for about 10 minutes then was escorted to a high table and 20 minutes later ordered our appetizer then pizza and 10 minutes later drinks I drank ice tea just so no one thinks this is a R.U.I.(Review Under Intoxication) got our drinks 10 minutes and our appetizer came 35 minutes later COLD to the point the sour cream was warmer another 15 minutes we got our pizza not any warmer. Tonight was our first experience at Mugsy’s and it was wonderful! Our daughters and their friends go often and talk about the great atmosphere and the great service by Mel and they were spot on! The hubby had buffalo wings, mushroom Swiss burger with mushroom gravy and fries that he said was amazing! I had a Philly cheese steak with onions rings and it was delicious! Since moving to the area Mugsy’s has become one of our favorite spots. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is great, and we’ve never had a complaint with the various menu items we’ve ordered!
