03/15 ordered 2 sandwich's. One being a Blt. Ordered extra bacon, my husband cuts in realized no bacon at all. Told by employees could have a new sandwich h, The manager Shelly tells us the camera showed. Bacon. On it what a joke??? Someone' else had a Blt extra bacon I guess, thanks for nothing pleasant hill subway!!! Manager very rude which was the worst of it all !!!!!!!! Altoona Subway all the way!!!!!!!

Hands down the worst Subway I've ever been to every time I have went. Keep thinking the next time will be betterand never is. Poor food. Ok service, I guess. Never has cookies. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. So done. This was their last chance. Finally had to post this. Do not go to this location.

Why would you wanna buy into a franchise and not honor coupons… twoSubs went in the trash simple because of principle. Never going back to this location again.

The short lady Sharona is most excellent. Better than some of the lackadaisical help you get at some of the others.Parking: Easy to get into.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be good but I'm not in a wheel Chair so can't confirm it.

I talked to Clint about ordering 16 foot-long sandwiches for a meeting and asked them to be cut in half. I expected to be handed a bag with 16 wrapped sandwiches. What I got were 32 6-inches individually wrapped, in catering boxes, with mayonnaise and mustard packets on the side. They were ready when I arrived and tasted great. Excellent service. Thank you.
It's like every other subway. It's clean and the food is as good as a subway should be. The restaurant has a decent amount of space inside. Lots of windows and it's open. The workers are very nice and friendly. They are fast at making the sandwiches. The only issue is they do not take any subway coupons. That's somewhat irritating because they send them to you in the mail and once you get there they refuse them. It's somewhat misleading. Overall if you want something quick and a sandwich it's a nice spot to go to.

Just grabbed a quick meal for the family , big mistake, 3 of the subs were totally unedible, the bread was so dry couldn't eat it ,guess I'll take my business else where 08/02 5:30 pm
