The only drawback to this location is that it smells like grease due to being next to a Chester's Chicken. Otherwise, they met or exceeded all my expectations.The service was fast eventhough they were super busy when I ate here. Our order was also accurate, which I always appreciate. The staff were very nice when we interacted, too. Mostly clean area, but I would have to say since most things have become automated customer service is a little lacking. It is a good off the highway location connected to love'd gas station in Shelby, Iowa

Don't like the app to order and the menu is in the wrong place and had to ask for it at the speaker. The girl at the money window was not friendly but the girl at the food window was very friendly. Just a thank you at the first window would have been nice.
