Love A&W, but my wife has not been so lucky the couple times we've stopped by. Her chicken sliders had pickles even tho we asked for none and the buns looked like they were literally torn in pieces. Looked like someone played frisbee with them before they made the sliders. They read the order back to us in full after ordering and when we got to the window yet still got it wrong. 2nd time we went everything worked out okay so we felt better. Good food, slow service. I mean really slow. The crew members are more worried about having fun than getting the food out in a timely manner. A lot of talking and screwing around. The wait should not be 10 mins for fast food. This has happened every time I go there. Everyone knows that the Sibley location is slow.
