Our waitress was very sweet, but clearly didn't know what she was doing. She forgot my partner's order first off. Then when we were about to pay I noticed she handed me back the wrong card. It belonged to the man at the table by us, whom she had given my partners card to. She had also switched up the tickets. The food wasn't great either, it's way better in sioux falls.

Had order some 10 piece bone-in but as you can see in the picture it's a boneless wings. Not even a 10 piece either. The wings wasn't that great and I was very disappointed. Overall experience 2/5 stars.

What a disappointment! We ordered the 15 piece traditional wings and they were hard as a rock! What the hell was the cook thinking when he sent that out the kitchen! It should have been thrown in the garbage along with their cooking skills!

Was in town with my husband got of work and we tried to place an order it wouldn’t let us then we tried calling nobody ever picked up so we had to drive there only to get told they couldn’t take our order even though they supposedly close at 1am. Disappointing, I’ve worked at a food place and we NEVER let anyone walk up until the time we closed !Don’t say your open up until a specific time if you aren’t going to help your costumers,Also the guy working just smirked and giggled that we called and nobody picked up. Terrible !

Go in at 9 pm on a Friday night and they are open until 1 am and server says she doesn’t think they have any coffee. Goes to check and comes back and says no they don’t. But instead of saying I can make some but it will be a few minutes to make some, says I’m sorry no we don’t have any. They lost a sale of 4 people. What a way to treat customers Buffalo Wild Wings!!! If there was a rating of zero stars, that’s what they’d get!
