The franchise owner of this location may want to have a frank talk with his staff about customer service. I have consistently gotten treated VERY poorly at this location. Today it was the older African-American gentleman working the drive-thru window wearing a mask screaming at me go order at the pull-up menu DESPITE the giant lawn truck blocking the driveway access to the order window and that "wasn't his problem" and REFUSING to take my order, resulting in the loss of a sale and a VERY angry customer. I understand there is an order of operations, but when something is disrupting that you learn to accommodate. He started out with being insanely rude and barking at me to pull around and order. The DRIVEWAY WAS BLOCKED, DUDE. The last time the manager didn't have potato buns and I'm allergic to sesame seeds and she snapped "how is it my fault I don't have it?" Isn't part of your job as manager to order stock? I work 5 minutes away from this location and would have become a consistent customer. Two for two attempts to go through and have truly bad experiences with the staff means a profit loss for the owner. Bummer for them. McDonald's it is....

Always get the order correct and very efficient. Other fast food places need to take lessons from this BK. They know how to get a line of cars taken care of very quickly and have happy customers.

Sat down to eat my food and saw that someone had put on the window Ni**er on the window. I went up to the cashier and told him that someone had written that on the window and all he said was "uh, okay" and went back to work. I was with someone and we had waited to see if they were going to do something and did nothing so took it down ourselves. The lack of initiative to take it down wasn't a good look for them nor is it a good look to Burger King as a whole.

I believe mixes are suppose to be kept refrigerated none of them were all mixes on table Kitchen looked dreary Staff appeared to not want to be there

Every single time I come here, I get parked and have to wait. Every. Single. Time. Doesnt matter what I order, doesn't matter what time of day. I usually get a #5. Thats it. Lunch rush or not a single other person in the place, it doesn't matter. This is the last time I will stop here. Its supposed to be fast food??? As in FAST. Typing this as im parked... waiting..... yet again.

4 whopper jr's took about 4min to prepare, there was only one car in the drive thru when I arrived. If I wouldn't have taken my sandwiches apart I would have gotten the pickles all in one bite.

Worst experience. We've been sitting in the drive thru for 45+ minutes and still haven't received our food. We would leave like many have, but already paid. I took my daughter inside to use the bathroom and asked to make sure they didn't forget us. The lady said they are doing their best. Okay...but why have 4 cars behind us received their food before us? Inside are a bunch of people waiting with drinks ..they don't have food either. Should have gone to huhot...we'd be done now.

Went to a late lunch to the Burger King on Pierce and Nebraska. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and very sweet and the service was fast. We both got the Whopper meals. Our afternoon was very good and the meals are delicious. Service was fast and friendly. It's a hard job for these people and they should be appreciated more so thank you very much. You did an excellent job thank you
