The Chili Dogs & Cheese Curds are delicious, but the chili isn't as good as the chili was on the Footlongs when the DQ was on Villa. Why doesn't this DQ have Footlongs? It doesn't make sense. The kids working this day were on point and focused on doing their jobs instead of socializing. The ice cream is always good.

Rudest employees ever. Aren't you supposed to flip the blizzard too? I swear when I worked there you're supposed to flip the blizzard and as an employee if you fail to do so, the customer gets a free blizzard.

I went to the dairy queen on Hamilton and when I walked in the cashier who took my order was very incompetent who not only messed up the order .after I had been waiting for 10 mins had to wait for 10more mind just to get my order very disappointed with the service by far the worst experience.

Repeated what I ordered and charged me extra for a drink with my meal even though it comes with it. Didn’t know what drink was what and smelled them to tell. Argued with me. Didn’t give a receipt and had to ask for it and rolled eyes when I did.

?I don't like there mulate the times i order my ice cream with coffee and Carmel is always more ice cream then coffee taste which I don't like I wish I can taste alittle more!☹️ And the kids tht work there are not a mature enough they play around In there job they don't take the job personally?? it has been so many times that my Carmel mulate isn't good enough to say wow this place serves the best ice cream and drinks!?So I started to go elsewhere to get my ? and drinks!up at Floyd Bvl and Riverside they serve them better!??I just have this problem with this area!Which is disappointing because up on 20 west and I can't say when I get a ice cream craving I'll go there I'll rather go to Hy Vee lol! Well tht is my review to this place of ice cream I which it in proves and kids take there job seriously?!tht is what I think now others may have another perspectives!??
