I went here in the evening through the drive thru, and they were talking crap over the mic about us ordering. The cone that we ordered wasn’t even full around the cone, it wasn’t fully dipped either. They didn’t give us a receipt and didn’t tell us how much our change was back. They were very rude.

The was not good at all,one cold day want something to eat so when inside to keep warm;before then open got inside in I wanted the people at work talking and laughing about cake not trying to cook food but it 5min to opening I was hungry and it was on a cold day, then didn't say anything I feel like it is not good service, so I got an walk out.

Food is overpriced and not good. Cheese curds are chewy and have the spongey consistency, burgers are the same. Go to Billy Boys next door and get better food for fair prices. A small cheeseburger and cheese curds over 16 dollars not worth

The ice cream was great, except for I had to put my three year old in a booster chair and it was the most disgusting chair I ever seen in my life. It was so nasty and sticky, and had food in chocolate and all kinds of stuff all over it I couldn’t even use it it was so terribly bad. Does anyone ever clean those booster chairs?

The Dairy Queen near my home is ALWAYS busy. You may have to wait for your food, but that's because it's cooked fresh. The store is always very clean and the employees are nice and easy to deal with.

My daughter order on line so she didn't have to wait , BUT NOT today , she had to wait twenty minutes before she got served . Why order on line if you got to wait . The service was absolutely terrible . We will never go back . Their service stinks!!!!!Parking: Small parking lot fills fast , Riverside boulevard, Sioux City

My order on line , so she drove down , she had wait twenty minutes to her order . I will never go back again , I will never advise people to order on line . They stink so bad . So people go to Sonic or Burger King instead . Buy your ice cream in the store take it home and eat it . My daughter order a blizzard , I order a hot fudge sundae , my wife wanted french fries so she could take them to eat on the way to work .
