We created an account and ordered via the app. When we got to the store to pick up our food the employee told us that they didn't make any of our food because they were out of mushroom sauce for several of our burgers. Despite having our phone number they didn't call either. When we asked for a refund we were told we'd have to do that through the app and when we asked how to do that she didn't know and neither did the manager that she called. There was no option on the app to request a refund and the restaurant marked our order as complete even though we received no food and the restaurant owes us $60.67.(Update: it took reaching out to corporate to get our refund but we did finally get our money back.)

My food did not come correctly the first time but they quickly remedied it. 1 employee was working hard a d running around while 1 was looking annoyed to be there and didn't have any urgency. The atmosphere was low bc there was a seemingly homeless man talking to himself and pacing around the restaurant for most of my meal. It made me feel very uncomfortable when he got close to me and he was saying a lot of vulgar things.

One of the employees (the only guy I saw there) passed if front of me making eye contact 4 times and did not took my order. (I nice lady had to come and help me after I was standing at the counter for almost 8 minutes)He also cough in front of the fries without even trying to turn around. But the worst thing is that he opened every single one of the burgers and touched them with his bare hands to find which ones were mine.He also was attitude and was saying cusswords to his coworkers. Because they were confused about one order.

I genuinely don't understand how this place is still in business. You can't even place an order through the drive thru until they finish making the order of the first person which just leaves you waiting forever. The employees also seems like they're high. I didn't even want to eat the food since who knows what they do in the kitchen.
Everyday the drive through will only take one order. And will not take the next cars order until the car ahead has there food. U literally sit in line for half hour plus. The laziness this place has turned into is such a joke. The slowest place in town. Only 1 car in drive through everytine and the others have to wait at the order box to order until the first gets their food. So pathetic. Can't believe this is how this place is ran now. Litterally just waited 21 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me.

Went there early on a Saturday morning through the drive through. The guy that took our order was super friendly, got to the window. The food was fresh and prompt. In this day and age with lack of help. I was overly impressed at the whole experience.
