It's a shame that I have to give even 1 star, but there isn't a lower rating than 1 star. Went there. Took our food to the "cooking area". No sizzle when the food hit the cooktop. The "cooks" were about as low-energy as you could get. Got our plates and sat down to eat...cold, no flavor. We didn't get mad just simply asked for to-go boxes so we could salvage this tasteless cold mess at home. Manager says "No to-go boxes, against our policy--it's a corporate policy. Now we're pretty pissed at paying $40.00 for inedible food. We will never be back to Hu[not]Hot. It's just all-around really terrible. It's just all-around really terrible. Ordered online through the HuHot website and the door dash driver dropped off my food but was missing the egg rolls I ordered. I was charged for them and tried to call but no one answered the phone. I called the driver and he said he would call too and of course never got back to me. The food didn't taste good either. Don't ever order online for delivery.
