Easily the most FREAKY SLOW Jimmy John's I've ever ordered from. I've ordered a few times and the wait time to even get my food "out for delivery" is usually like 30 min. Ridiculous.

This chimichange on Floyd Blvd., Sioux City, IA is ridiculously slow. I use the app to order online drove to the location and so far I have waited over 25 minutes for my sandwich. People that have walked in and ordered at the counter have gotten their food faster than when I got mine on using your app.

It took about 25 minutes for the food to be delivered to my house (I live about 4 blocks away from this location, and it only takes about a minute to get there by car), and I got the wrong order.

Unapologetically rude staff and ownership. These folks have a different type of absolute deplorable behavior, that should not reflect on the other Jimmy Johns locations in this town. Please be prepared for poor and extreme lazy performance with horrible customer service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 hunter's club. Told them no cheese, lettuce or tomatoes but add pickles and please cut it in half. Got home and cheese on both sandwiches and not cut in half. And bread was burnt on bottom and very hard. Very disappointed.
