Ordered my food at 8:00 and got told to pull up and wait for my food. I proceeded to wait until 8:25 and they had no clue about my order. Then from the window it looked like the workers were throwing temper tantrums. The mash potatoes were super gluey and the gravy looked and tasted like it wasn’t even heated up and was so thick it almost didn’t even pour out of the container. The time before this I asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me macaroni and cheese + no gravy

This KFC is a no-no for me. I would not go buy food here ever again. I ordered online, and the first time, they just canceled my order for no reason. I honestly thought it was closed down, the outside is trashed. My fries were clearly thrown back in the fryer, they were so dark and hard. The chicken was cold. The only edible thing was the mashed potatoes. Never go back there again.

The food was amazing and came out within minutes of ordering. Great place for a quick eat and the chicken was amazing. The service was awesome, and the manager even checked on us and asked how we were doing just like in a restaurant. Definitely recommend coming to eat here.

Went through the drive through. The guy doing customer service didn't understand what we were wanting. He yelled, come to the window so we can get the car behind you. As we get to the window he processed to tell us the order, when we told him no that is not the order. He gets impatient. Tells us the order again. This time raising his voice.When we get out food we check it before we leave. The guy says, "Can you go, we have a car behind you." When we tell him we need to check our food. He says it's right! As we pull away, he shouts have a good day aggressively. Anyway, horrible experience will not be going there again.Also, pop is always flat!Food sucks
