The machine tells you to grab a locator tag and have seat and wait for your food. After 15 minutes of waiting I go up front and see my food sitting there no one called it out and they just left it there to get cold. Terrible experience. If we are supposed to sit up there and wait dont have the machine tell us to have a seat and wait for our food to be brought to us!EDIT: Tried it again 2 years later. Sitting here waiting for over 20 minutes for a Big Mac and large fry in drive thru while the workers keep checking peoples receipts over and over as there is no order at this store.

Very rude manager skinny one. Not professional. Rude with elderly white people that were in there eating. Too much drama. No signs posted on front door about 20 minutes to drink coffee. If I was those people I would never be back . Other McDonald's aren't like that.

Always wait forever when it's over ight crew and there's barely anyone in line but the guy that works at night makes u sit there and wait for like 5 min before he even takes ur order so idk why that happens they have gotten a little faster when it's the manager lady that works in the am round 4
Messed up the order 3 times even though it was printed on the receipt properly. No one wanted to help at the front registers. We had to use a kiosk. Then, when the order was wrong, nobody wanted to help.
