Went to mcdonald’s. Had a terrible experience. First of all, ordered a meal and received my receipt. I used two different gift cards, and apparently I would know that it would make it two different orders. Asked the lady why half my order wasn’t showing since I only received one receipt. The lady was not very kind and told us that we can’t use two different gift cards or it’ll make it different orders. How would I know? I don’t work at Mcdonald’s. Couple minutes later, the other half of the order comes out with a completely different number than the original receipt. No worries, just decided to take the food and leave. Started to head home, and realized I didn’t even receive my whole order and they put fries instead of my nuggets in the bag. Probably won’t go to this mcdonald’s for a while.

Worst mcdonalds in Sioux city everytime I go I have to wait 15min-30min and today was the final straw. I had to wait again cause the fries weren't done and waited 25min until an employee comes out and asks me what I ordered so I showed him my receipt. Then what im guessing was the manager comes out and accuses me of already getting my food and when I say I didn't she gives me this look as if she doesn't believe me and reluctantly hands me my food. I'm understanding when it comes to having to wait but this isn't the first time they lost my order but it is the first time I had to explain that I never got my food cause they don't believe me, absolutely terrible customer service. Please take the extra 10min to travel to the Lewis Blvd location the difference in quality and service is insane.

They complain about being short staffed when they don’t give their staff hours. People that order on the kiosks are always left standing around for 20-30 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

Shocking Lack of Customer ServiceMy recent visit to this McDonald’s was nothing short of a nightmare. It’s disheartening to recount the appalling treatment I received last night. Despite being a loyal customer, I was accused of using inappropriate language in the drive-through, a claim I vehemently deny.The situation escalated quickly when I was informed that I wouldn’t be served. In the inclement weather of Sioux City, I had no choice but to seek alternatives. To my dismay, the two other McDonald’s locations I visited were closed due to this absurd accusation.The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff is deeply troubling. In challenging weather conditions, one expects a level of understanding and empathy, not baseless accusations leading to unnecessary inconvenience.I am thoroughly disappointed with the way this situation was handled. It reflects poorly on the management’s commitment to customer service. I hope my experience prompts a serious review of communication and service standards at this McDonald’s location. It’s disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer satisfaction, and I urge others to think twice before choosing this establishment.

Went to this McDonald’s earlier today and was charged almost double what my order was supposed to be because the stupid robot they have in the drive thru combined my order with the order from the other lane. When I went to the window and they told me the price, I told them it was wrong but they charged my card anyway. Once I told them that I only ordered 2 meals and everything was not mine, the man in the first window told me to go to the second because that’s where his manager is (understandable, not blaming him) but when I got to that window and told the manager that, they got visibly upset with me and then asked what was on my order and what was wrong. I told her (Large Double Quarter pounder meal and Large McNuggets meal) and then she went back to refund the wrong things. I thought it was handled then until I got my food and final receipt, when I realize that they still put 2 extra large fries that I didn’t order onto my ticket and a mc chicken I didn’t order. The original charge was $20 more than what it was supposed to be and then the final ticket was about $9 more than it was supposed to be. I don’t understand how if I say that it’s wrong 7 different times, nobody would listen to me

first of all the guy on the first window was hella cute anyways I asked the girl who gave me the food for Buffalo and ranch and she made a face like it comes out of her paycheck and said it was 32 cents and LAST OF ALL OF THEY DID NOT BUT ANY MAC SAUCE IN MY BIG MAC , I will only be coming back here again to see the cute

Horrible service and they actually called cops on us because we went through our order before pulling away.. it was totally wrong order. They claimed that's what we ordered through the app
