had a teenager at the counter serving me (not an issue as she should be old enough to have respect and act correctly) she had a friend at the counter for over 2 hours that friend was making small comments towards me and my friends when getting smoothie and was there when we walked past. Friend proceeded threatens to fight me then worker proceeded to call me an ugly fat ass and said if she wasnt on job she would fight me!! Worst experience ever!! TEACH YOUR KIDS BETTER

When we visited the mall recently, my kids wanted smoothies and Juliuses, so we stopped by this location. On our way up to the counter, the two young women working there were yelling at each other. We stood at the counter while they both avoided eye contact with us, obviously trying to figure out if the other was going to help us or not. We ordered our drinks and the smoothies were absolutely disgusting. Our Juliuses were grainy and flavorless, like they either forgot ingredients or watered them down. Both employees were very rude and didn't even bother to wipe off the mess from the cups before tossing them up on the counter. My sons and I love Orange Julius, but we won't be purchasing anything from this location again.

I ordered 2 Large Oarnge julius's and they both were extremely watery and barley tasted like oarnge. I feel like I wasted my money on these drinks.

Even though #OrangeJulius has yummy drinks, I am not sure I will ever be buying from them again if they are going to hire racist employees. Today I went there 25 minutes before they closed and was told I could only order a soft drink. I asked why they couldn't make an Orange Julius and was told that all the equipment had been cleaned already even though they weren't closing for another 25 minutes. Since this is a food court, I was still in the area deciding what other place I could get a drink from, when the only worker there at the time, turned another family away as she did with me and then I watched her make two Orange Julius's for two girls after that. I then asked her why she told me she couldn't make a Julius for me or that other family and she had no response. I asked for her name which she said was Natalie. Orange Julius needs to fix this!UPDATE:Orange Julius reached out very quickly and upon investigation have given me reassurance of this girl being reprimanded and also rectified the fact that I did not get the drinks I should have been able to purchase on that occasion. Therefore I have added a couple stars and will be visiting again in hopes of a better experience.

I am the manager at the local orange julius. We offer many diff flavors of juilius and premium fruit smoothies. Also have light smoothie which is the low sugar version. Come out and try one. Been in the same place in the food court of the southern hills mall since 1980. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. ?????

The Orange Julius in the mall has been there for absolutely forever. I don't remember the mall w/out it. (I'm 32.) I can't say I've ever had a hotdog from the place, but I'm been getting juliuses and smoothies since I was a kid. They also have very good soft pretzels. Even when the mall had an Auntie Anne's, I still got a pretzel from Julius instead. They have a great corner location and it's always clean to me. The most recent experience the employee working was super nice and very quick! Great place for a snack, not really a meal. I awarded 4 stars because nothing about it absolutely blows you away, but nothing disappoints, either. Great on a hot day.
