I ordered a burrito and it was so loose it fell apart just picking it up. I may as well ordered a bowl to avoid the mess. I wasn't the only one with messy orders either. Guy in front of me had multiple burritos and they struggled to even finish wrapping them and they were still spilling out. Terrible performance.

Great food and their burritos are large. Fresh made tortillas. I would give it 5 stars, but we had issues with our last order. The tortillas were rushed and could have been cooked a little longer. They were really sticky and doughy. One of the burritos had what looked like burnt grill scrapings mixed in. Other than this, I've never had any issues.

Went to Pancheros today before work around 1:30pm. Worker was obviously overwhelmed and went and hid in the back for 10 minutes before finally coming out and greeting me. Went to make my burrito and left the tortilla on the press and proceeded to make a doordash order. Finishes the doordash order before grabbing my now crumbling tortilla and begins making my burrito. Finally gets to the end and mixes my burrito with her hand versus with the spoon available. Ended up throwing my burrito in the trash and finding somewhere else to eat. Will not be back for awhile.

Ordered delivery and items that i ordered didnt come. I tried to call but their number doesnt work so i cant even get the missing items or my money back. Will never order this again

The young lady working was not friendly at all! Asked her a question and she never answered. Then she asked what two sides I wanted with my soggy quesadilla she made me. I told her and she never even got them or put them in the bag! She has very poor customer service and the food was awful! Won’t be going back. Sad cause I used to love this place!

Good service and good food. Employees are friendly, and they get the line thinned down pretty quick so you’ve got your food fairly quickly. They press fresh dough and then toss it on the grill a bit for a tortilla if you’re going to have a burrito. One thing they do that’s different, is the mix the contents on your shell before rolling it up, so that you get a fairly uniform spread of ingredients. On the other hand, they do charge you for a few different ingredients if you want them added, like queso. I think either sour cream or guac is on this charge list as well. Across the street, there is no charge for anything added. Anyhow, food quality is good, it was plenty hot, made fresh, and an over all good experience.

i appreciate the way they have their order process signs displayed, it takes the guesswork out of selecting your food. And the food was delicious ,the servicethorough and friendly.
We walked in tonight at 9:15, ordered our food and went to sit down. We were immediately told by Xavier (sorry is spelled incorrectly) that they were open until 10; however, the lobby closed at 9:00. We asked where the sign is acknowledging this as the door, FB and google all say they close at 10:00. There is no mention of the indoor seating being closed at 9:00 and we definitely were not informed of this upon walking into the restaurant. We passed up many many many other e

the girls working tonight were awful. so rude. didn't make any of my order correct. put raw veggies on a burrito bc "I don't wanna make more. I'm not doing it". ugh, should have left and went across the street. then when they refused to even put cheese on a quesadilla I get to eat cold plain shrimp.... what the heck?? beyond disappointed here.
