Went through the drive through. There was an upcharge on the honey shrimp which no one told us about for some reason. We asked for 2 bowls instead of 1 bowl and 1 plate and we had something else we wanted to say to the drive through clerk but she just shut the window on us. Food was very gross and really expensive. It's never a good experience when we come here. Staff are rude and food is gross.

Do not go buy food at this Panda Express.. it gave my husband food poisoning that lasted for about 2 weeks. The food tasted weird, it was the Beef Broccoli,. Everything else does not taste good. We have tried different plates and the taste just does not match. For some reason Panda Express in California is good but not this in iowa. I think it's the lack of fresh ingredients. Plus for this quality of food, it's pricey. Food that gives you food poisoning should be cheaper. This is my honest review.

I showed up about 5:45pm on a Monday and went inside to order. I was in there for 20 minutes and didn't even get what I wanted (orange chicken) as that was an additional wait. Note that they were out of multiple items. It was very chaotic. I would suggest ordering for pick-up of you go this route when they are busy.

They are ALWAYS out of food. They were suppose to close at 8:30 and I went there around 7:45 and they had almost everything cleaned and picked up with maybe 5 options to choose from and the staff is ALWAYS rude. Overall, has to be the worst Panda Express.

This place has really gone down hill. They are always out of so many entrees. They must of changed there spices. I have had to return so many entrées because it was too spicy. I don't Waste my time going there anymore. Beef and broccoli is soggy. Pulling up to the drive thru they tell you what they have because they are out of so much. Very poor customer service. When I gave my order the man kept asking me if that was everything after every single thing I ordered, I ordered for a family of 4. I ordered Bowls, the fried rice was soo chunky and in large clumps, there was carrot pieces that were green and brown it looked foul. The orange chicken was mainly sauce and not chicken and the beef and broccoli literally had 1 piece of beef and the rest was broccoli. I wish I would have took pictures but when I got home from working all day and my kids said they wanted this they were disappointed and didnt touch it, it sat in our fridge then I tossed it out. I ended up ordering a pizza.

I ordered delivery today a medium beef and broccoli but received a small. I am more than a little annoyed it's very expensive for them to screw it up like this.
I've eaten from this chain before, but for some reason this specific restaurant the food was awful. The beef and broccoli had a weird taste that later on that day gave me food poisoning, my kids got chowmein and it was so dry the noodles were stuck together and we had to throw them away because the kids didn't want to eat them. The orange chiken was cold and tasted like freezer. Will not go to this location. Most chains I go to are full of guest mostly all day, this location empty and now I know why.

Ordered food from here on Friday Oct 6 to be delivered. There was an original scheduled delivery time, then it got delayed, then delayed again. Not sure what the issue was, however when we got the food over an hour later it was good and HOT, so i dont think it was an issue on delivery companies end.

I went there today for lunch and pulled up at 12. They told us that the drive through was closed and the vehicle infront of us, there order was still on the screen. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location and food not ready at lunch and/or completely out of something. They have really good food just the service could be way better
