If I could give it a zero I would. Worst nastiest place I've ever seen workers work. On their phone instead of getting food out, don't change their gloves, they ignore you when you are up front, they act like they can't read the screen, they go smoke and leave people in DT just to finish smoking. It's absolutely disgusting. Not to mention their hygiene and how dirty they look. Just ugh I would never ever eat there I just door dash so I see it all.

Came to this location at 9:40pm to order a spicy chicken sandwich, and two peice chicken meal with mashed potatoes. They told me they didn’t have any bread all of it was in the freezer, they didn’t have mashed potatoes either pull up to the window to pay and the girl tells us she has no food because her coworkers tossed all the food. Idk how this place runs everytime I give it another chance I’m disappointed. The York st location isn’t any better.

I don't know if they were short staffed or what. I stood waiting for 10 minutes and none of the staff even spoke to me. There was a Door Dash guy there who said he'd been waiting for over 30 minutes to pick up the order he was supposed to deliver.

I go here ever so often to get some food. One night after work I tried to order from the mobile app and wait inside. After I told my order, they said that I couldn't get my food because they were out of nuggets which was 1 out of about 6 items of ordered. I asked them if I could at least get the rest of my food but they refused and said to get a refund. I asked if I could just get a refund from the store and they said I had to get it through the app. I got 500 points and never got my money back.

Slowest drive up I have ever been to. 4 cars in front of me with a 15 minute wait to get to order spot then 7 minute wait to get waited on. Got to order window and waited another 7 minutes to get my food.I won't be back.

We ordered off the app and still waited in the drive-through for 32 mins for our order. Once we got the order and made it home (7 mins away), we quickly realized we did not get the order we paid for, between the wait time and lack of care for the customer we didn't bother going back to fix it.

I got there right before closing. Fries were surprisingly fresh and chicken tenders was warm. The biscuit was not very good. Overall happy with my experience. No root beer though which is always a bummer.
