Always making door dashers feel like trash and are an annoyance to them. Always throwing bag on counter and giving them nasty looks for just saying they have an order to pick up. Have seen it multiple times. Probably won’t be going to this one anymore Because they have no respect for delivery people.

Absolutely horrible service everytime I’ve tried to go through the drive through. Just today I got in like to order a drink and they were out of what I was ordering but because of the one lane I was completely blocked in. Every car in front of me was only handed one drink and I was in line waiting to leave for over 50 minutes ?

I'm a scooters gal, but had went to Starbucks because it was conveniently in the area I was in. Service was pleasant. Only con was waiting 20mins in line (non exaggerated) with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not sure if they were short staffed of Customer issues, but was a little upset for the long wait time. & I wish you could order anything in any size. Couldn't get iced carmel macchiato in a Trenta ?

like most Starbucks, they prioritize drive-thru orders. so if it's busy, you might just have to tough it out waiting in the tight drive-thru lane they have because it could take over an hour to get your order

Slowest SBUX location on earth. I'm writing this from the drive through (which I've been trapped in for 32 minutes) and I still have two cars ahead of me. All this for a single cold brew.
