Very bad customer service, the girl named AVA was very very rude. And when I asked for a manger the manager CHAD came and talked to me and was having attitude with me, as the girl was standing there smirking and making me, and when I mentioned something to the manager about if she could please go to the back while I talk because she was being very rude, he snapped at me and my 16 year old granddaughter that was tryna talk about what she was doing, also working with food she had very long press on nails, and no hair net, very disgusting. And the manager had the audacity to tell me that I need to have patients and understand she's only 16!?! Like I'm sorry but that is not excuse for the behavior she showed. My granddaughter is 16 and don't act like that. Very rude, and the manager CHAD and the young girl AVA should be very ashamed. Never will I be going back.

Didn't receive the right items they couldn't fulfill the order and tried to count broken cookies as a full cookie. And was told that I would get the rest of a different cookie of my choice and still only received a couple and the rest was all a different cookie. Very upset.

Bread is completely raw, the rotisserie chicken I ordered is leaking juice everywhere. Wasted $14 on this gross sandwich. Beware coming here
Subway may be the healthiest interstate road trip option in the Midwest. I certainly enjoyed my stop at this location, which is located inside a Love's Travel Stop. The service at the counter was friendly and professional, with an attention to detail and no skimping on the fresh toppings. My 6" oven roasted chicken on multigrain wheat ($5.69) tasted great. There's a dining area at the rear of the Love's travel stop with a TV. Overall, very nice!
