Went in yesterday and they were closed. Went in today and had a sign up that said be back in 10 min. i was patiently waiting in the lobby for them to back, playing on my phone, lady came out and very rudely said "I am NOT open" okay, sorry i thought you were going to be back in 10. So won't be going back. Never open and terrible service.

The woman who works at night mostly name Heather is very unpleasant rude ignorant . The food was good except her attitude. It sucks really !! We come to flying J to fuel the truck and wanted to get subway 2-3 times. First time I thought may be I am judging her but it happened again and again every visit. Last time me and my husband waited for her atleat 5-10 minutes she was just fixing the bread and cleaning the stuff. When I said hello ? she did not even acknowledge that and asked what do you want ? Seriously she should be fired we did not order anything but went to loves close by to get sandwiche. We are not going to get anything ever from this Subway. Very very disappointing service !!!

The lady work at night I think her name is heather she is so rude , she feel disappointed to see the customer. We said hello to her she looked away didn’t said hello back. It feel like she doesn’t want to work but forcefully working there. We wanted to buy two sandwiches but with that attitude we refuse to buy sandwich and left. I feel sorry for her .

My wife stopped in around 9:30 pm on Friday, April 24th. Not sure the name of the woman working, but she wasn’t pleasant in the slightest. First off, it took us 20 minutes to get out of there, and we were the only ones in the restaurant... the only thing we have to say is that the whoever working was the rudest I have ever experienced in the customer service/food industry... someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service. It’s clearly not the position for you. Quit your job and find something else you enjoy.Apart from that, the food was great!! Except She refused to give me my free cookie after ordering double meat... chicken and bacon = TWO MEATS...

Big girl working today 6/08 at 7:30pm should not be working around customers or people. I don't know if she was having a bad day or she just is this way. But, she treated me like crazy, acted like an I'm inconveniences. Never will I eat here again. As a trucker the last thing I need after a long drive is to be treated with such disrespect and attitude. By the way, she was in such a hurry to make my sandwich, meat pieces of chicken flew off the sandwich and onto the counter, she picked them back up and put them in again.... but, only for even more to fall out when she closed the sandwich.
