I ordered a super burrito combo meal. The potato oles were cooked so long that they were hard super crunchy not crispy. The burrito came out cold. The tortilla was cold like it hadn't even been heated. And the inside was not much warmer than lukewarm.$12 for a meal like this makes me think I should go just to Taco Bell. Probably would get some food there cheaper and in better quality than this.

On Wednesday the 20th, I made an online order. Everything went through on my end, I even received an email with my order# and that it was paid. However, on the stores end it did not come through. A few years ago this had happened to me with the online ordering at a different store, but there was a huge difference this time in on how it was handled.The manager, Jen, and her crew fixed the issue right away without hesitation. No complaints, just fast action on fixing it. I know things happen, especially with technology, but this team handled it very well. Thank you to Jen and her team that afternoon for making my experience run smoothly even if there was a hiccup.

Went for interview scheduled at 3:30 showed up at 3:20 for Jenny to come out and say your time was 3:00 I am very professional in my search for jobs! I said ok she well that’s that! She went into the kitchen as I approached the counter and she told her staff see got rid of that one bye bye he points for her to look behind herself at me and I asked I did hear what you said.. she says no I meant my employee I said may I order her attitude was worse so I asked her name she said Jenny and she takes my order.. the gentleman comes with my order and apologizes for the hiring manager very racial and food was cold…. Be aware of where you eat and apply racism has not ended…sadly I Thank God for showing me that’s not the place for me❤️??

Burritos are priced like bars of actual gold. The guy working the drive through couldn't be less interested in helping you either.Vegetarian options: Like above, the person working the window has no idea or will to check.

My potato oles were cold and they jus ain't the same anymore they jus taste like grease from them frying them and no seasoning I love the seasoning they use to out on them and my burrito was kinda cold too the chicken was warm but idk jus didn't taste like it was freshly

Drive thru was more important than dine in. It took quite awhile to receive our food. We ordered cheese for our potatoes, when the order was finally brought to us, I asked for the cheese. "Did you pay for it?" Young man was not rude just needed supervision. Finally got our order and correctly in half an hour. Take that for what it's worth.

This has to be the worst TJ's I've ate at. Lobby was filthy, food was burnt, staff were to busy laughing and playing around. Someone is playing loud music on a Bluetooth speaker.... Very unpleasant visit!

The food was fresh and delicious. Service was a little slow, as I had to wait for longer time to place my order via drive through. I did visit at an off time, however (about 3:30pm). I ate in the parking lot and then went in to use the restroom. The rest room was clean.
