The taco salad from the Singing Hills restaurant was very short on product. I would say 1/4 full. We order often at other locations around the Siouxland area and don’t have this issue. 3/14/2024

We eat here all the time the last few times have been bad orders have been wrong the foods is a mess long wait at the drive-thru and now you change the size of your super potato away to half of what it was and you're still trying to charge the same

The staff greeted us we walked in and were most helpful with our confusing order. The food was hot and good. Upon arriving home, we realized an item was missing. Went back, and they replaced it with no hesitation. Very friendly staff and helpful.
I have been here multiple times since moving here. 90% of the time I have an incorrect order and/or missing items. A big problem is being cut off when ordering in drive thru.

Better and fresher than Taco BellAfter Goliath TB sued Taco John's for the use of Taco Tuesday, I lost my desire to eat there. But, the staff at Taco John's are consistently kind, helpful and have smiles on their faces. You may be bigger Taco Bell but my experience has been less than stellar. Not so with Taco John's. Just wish they were in WA state.
