Sad… I used to work here so coming back for a pick up order I was expecting decent food. Sadly I waited 40 minutes for my 20 minute pickup to watch them throw my burger on the grill in from of me rush the whole thing and then forget lettuce and tomato on the burger.(regular burger on the menu) Just really sucks knowing what it used to be. EDIT: First off my burger was completely wrong regardless of your “hot off the grill mindset” it was wrong and gross. They threw that half cooked bacon back on the grill for no more than 30 seconds with the hud over it. And with that nasty and cheese being the only topping I received on my 17$ meal is the reason I’m writing this review. The 40 minute wait time wasn’t the main reason but I guess justified since you told me 20? Right? Meanwhile just now returning home with my substitute Wendy’s. Drive thru took a while but well worth the wait to get everything I asked for in my bag. It’s like they gave me the 14$ I spent worth ?

No to go menus. No updated online menus. Got told To call and have someone recite the menu to decide what I want. I watch and one portion of an order is made and left to sit for 20 min while they make the other portion. The place is absolutely disgusting inside. Not sanitary in the slightest. Run down completely. They even have big holes in their windows where all they have done to fix it is put a beer sign over it. The staff is rude and not knowledgeable at all. You get ignored when you come in and have to wait forever for your food. Absolutely circus around here. They claim to be understaffed yet you have tons of people standing aroundp talking. Heck I didn't even get to the point where I could order so no clue how their cold unsanitary food even tastes..........not after coming to this dirty dirty dirty place.

Local pizza / bar lounge. This would be what they originally looked and felt like, prior to the trendy sports bar and grill chains coming in.Place isn’t run down at all, but not terribly up to date either. It’s what you would expect an older lounge to look like. They are more known for their pizza here, but they do have burgers and wings etc. Theres several things to choose from.Couple different dining areas, and a bar in the middle. So you can choose to dine at a table, or sit right at the bar itself. You can get drinks at either location you choose.Service was good. Stayed on top of things, but without being pushy. Was friendly as well.We ordered a pizza and a chicken strip basket. The pizza was their Hawaiian Heat, which consists of Pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion, mushrooms, pineapple and jalapeño. The chicken strip basket was of course the strips and fries. The pizza had a healthy amount of toppings. Some places can make you feel short changed… especially with multiples. Here they did good to just pile them on. Chicken strips were good as well. Only complaint on the strips meal was there was no salt on the fries. And as most know, fries that come out fairly dry to the touch, don’t mix with granular salt. Just bounces off. Would have been good to have a little salt back when they first came out from cooking. But, considering no salt, they were still decent.

This place all weekend has not answered the phone. On Friday I called 5 times for delivery, only for them to direct me to an extended company who only takes cards and extra fees. Gave them another try Saturday with intentions of pick up well within hours of operation and surprise! Again called and called w no answer. I understand businesses are struggling hence the 2nd chance. I've given business for years....yall suck.

Great pizza. Tried meat lovers and buffalo chicken? my kid devoured her honey bbq chicken wings. ? no complaints.
Ordered fish to go. Came in early and sat at the bar. Told the bartender and the server I was waiting for an order. Turns out my fish dinners had been sitting in the kitchen for 20 min. Before the guy in the kitchen threw the bag at me. I guess he didn’t want to deal with me. He doesn’t have to worry because I won’t be back again. $41 for cold hard fish. No thanks.

Ordered gizzards n 10 wings over the phone. Price on your website was NOT the price I paid. Almost 10.00 more. Mgr came over after I questioned the price. Hand on his hip said flippantly, yea our prices are wrong we need change them and walked away. I wish I would have walked out. His attitude along with the fact that the wings were under cooked the gizzards were extremely tough. BEWARE!

We waited an hour and a half for food. Our waitress did not check on us once during the wait. I tracked her down to see where our food was and was told it would be up in just a few minutes. We waited another 15 minutes before finally getting our order even after we cancelled part of it. Needless to say we will not be back again any time soon.

Oh man. Where do I start. The pizza… BEST IN SIOUXLAND. Even the cold leftovers the next day were enough to put a jiggle in my wiggle. The beer? Cold. The atmosphere? Very warm and welcoming. I haven’t tried the other menu items yet, except the cheese curds, LAWDY they hit the spot. Best place to sit, watch some baseball, drink beer and eat great food while watching choo choo trains go by. And our waitress/bartender was great. I recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to eat and relax, they have something for everyone. I think the people that leave negative reviews are the type that probably wipe back to front.
