This is a local gem. The food is very good and consistent. It's a smaller place, but we usually don't have a long wait. Fajitas are fantastic, but try the Solon burrito sometime. It's phenomenal. They also have some authentic Mexican dishes that are excellent. Finally, seems like a family run establishment, so always friendly with lots of pride in the whole enterprise.

Great mex joint in Solon. Waitstaff were quick and attentive, ambiance was relaxed and food was quality, not rewarmed from a box or can. Just wish they made the salsa chips fresh instead of once a day. Overall it's a solid 4 star place to eat for a quick bite.

It's very cozy and welcoming when you enter the restaurant and you are immediately greeted by staff and seated and given,"Free" chips and salsa. EL Sol has a very diverse menu and I think their fajitas are pretty perfect. Staff is great and helpful to ensure that you have a great dining experience. Highly recommend.
