I ordered a niche deal from here, not sure if it was old chicken( re heated) or over cooked. But it was mixed. Some pieces were juicy and very fresh tasting and others dry and chewy. Everything else was good.

We waited at the counter as 2 employees walked by and didn't say anything to us. Food was taken out for the drive thru, and an order was taken at the drive thru. No one even said we will be right with you. If the lobby was closed, lock the door.
