I went through the drive thru on Saturday night. 34 minutes before closing. As I pulled up there was one pickup at the window, nobody else was there (customers) I ordered a large potato Ole and sour cream. $5.67. I sat behind the white pickup for 6 minutes waiting. Nothing was ever handed out the window but they pulled away. I pulled forward, paid and was immediately handed my bag. To my disappointment, my cup didn't runneth over like usual. It was only 3/4 full. I had pulled forward to situate my snack and the white truck pulled back up to the window. Obviously just friends, hanging out, as I watched a young man hanging out the service window and chatting with the driver. I understand it was near closing and it was Saturday night, but my $5.67 definitely warranted more than what I got, and the ole's were ice cold. SADurday.There needs to be someone responsible, in charge and present at all times. I'm always hesitant to go there because of employee rudeness, but I usually love the potato oles.

INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFING!!! Went awhile back with my Down syndrome child and they didn’t even have a bathroom to fit her needs. Staff walks around with awful attitudes and provokes customers who come in with their clients who also have intellectual disabilities. Yelling profanity and ultimately Causing emotional abuse to these intellectual disability, clients) ALL WHILE THE MANAGER CONTINUED TO SIT AND WATCH AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO STOP IT. I can’t imagine how this manager lets people treat his kids if that’s how he lets his employees act in a professional development. How disgusting. 0-100 don’t recommend until there’s completely new management and a whole new team.

Very cold and spicy food..got charged for a bag of ice we didn't order or receive..and potatoes that were dipped back into the fryer instead if fresh
Breakfast is fine for fast food if you want a break from the golden arches, but they don't have coffee...
