“We decided to grab some dinner to go before leaving town on a Saturday night. We found Ying's and it was great! We were helped right away and we were treated well, even though I had a lot of questions (I had never had some of the dishes they served). Service was fast and the food was so good! We will likely stop again the next time we're in Storm Lake.”

“Authentic hole in the wall environment. You won't be waited on, it's more of an "order up at the front and find a seat to wait" kind of deal which suited us just fine; it felt casual and nonpretenious. Steak burrito was delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!Parking is limited, and we saw signs for the laundromat before we saw the restaurant so it is a little hidden.”

“spent 55ish dollars on getting drunk on shots and beer and tipped nicely. saturday at 11pm-2am sunday. excellent dancefloor and packad after 12:10ish. would highly recommend. huge fun. 5ish dart boards and 3-4 pool tables. no touchtunes but they dj for the dance floor. again can't recommend enough.”

“Great place to cool off on a hot day. Bartenders were super friendly and attentive. Patio area has plenty of shade. Billiard tables are in great condition, and there's ample space around them for play. Recommend this local establishment without reservations.”

“This is bar none the best Asian influenced restaurant in all of Iowa. Culinary poetry ✨️ Kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, all the pho options, both shrimp and the pork spring rolls. Those spring rolls were authentic and wonderful, just like all the dishes. I suggest everyone who hasn't had a chance to visit or didn't know about Lakeshore Pho Asian, give it a look. ?”

“Very good local coffee shop. Good variety of choices and flavors. I had the Rice Krispy cold brew with oat milk and went back 2 days later and had it again. Lots of seating inside and they have a drive-thru.”

“This is it! This is the place. They have a crazy wonderful assortment of options for your coffee. You can truly make it what you want. The burrito was like a pressed wrap and it was super filling and delicious. There were quite a few people there on Sunday morning but they got our order our quickly. It was slightly loud there with all of the people though it was definitely a local joint. I wish we lived closer so we could go back...we've still been talking about it weeks later. I got the pumpkin fluff cold brew and it wasn't too sweet and the coffee didn't taste like it had been sitting out. Love this place!”

“Third time dining here with family & friends after events at BVU. Always tasty and remarkably fast for a large group. Daughter and I both had mole chicken dishes, and several in our group had to try the sauce. Delicious, and not a flavor that every Mexican restaurant offers!”

“Our meals were good but I have to be very impressed to give a 5 star review. Service was good too. It took three different people to figure out how to seat a party of six.There was a birthday party of brats whose parents let them run wild. Though it wasn't the grills fault, I believe the concrete floors and lack of carpeting contributed to the excessive amount of noise. A possible solution might be a small party where people who don't make their kids behave could be locked in.Parking: Angle parking would make parking a lot easier.”

“I am certainly a Scooters fanatic, and this is my usual location. Depending on the day, the drinks and food are well-prepared and staff is polite. On occasion drinks are made wrong, the food is cold, and the staff are too preoccupied talking to do anything other than hand you your order. Overall, I would definitely visit, but just be prepared for a hit-or-miss (usually hit!) experience.”

“If your looking for fine dining this is it. The entire restaurant was full when we arrived and I can tell why. The food was cooked to perfection and was the best tasting meal I had ever had. The staff were amazing and treated me as if I was a part of their team. The manager was so kind and helpful as well greeting us when we arrived and even checking up on us while we dined. She 1000× better than the other Pizza Ranch managers I've met. The restaurant and the tables were also very cleanly. The manager as well as her staff made our visit not just a meal but a lifetime experience.”
