The smell when we walked in was horrific. Sewer backup? The wait was forever. Food left a waxy taste in both of our mouths and my mom was very sick today, probably from the long john silvers we ate. Neither of us finished our food. Onion rings were fried together in one big clump, burnt on the outside doughy breading in the middle. The employees kept yelling at each other and were not nice to customers coming in either. Witnessed a customer come in from the drive thru and he stated he had been pulled forward, but sat there waiting for 25+ minutes... This restaurant was terrible.

Do not order online. I attempted to pick up my food and the extremely abrupt and rude person "helping" me said they never received the order and would not even look at my confirmation email. She did not offer to refund my money, allow me to try to order in person, or attempt to be helpful at all and walked off. She did say they were out of fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw when I first walked up so it's possible my order didn't go through because I had ordered hush puppies as part of my meal. To resolve I tried calling the phone number listed in the order email - line busy. I tried filling out a review form at and that site cannot be reached. Overall - terrible experience exacerbated by the rude staff member.

Me and my family went there tonight the food was soggy and the manager and the drive thru person had an attitude towards us we didn't appreciate it. I will not be coming back to that store again.

Food was put in to-go boxes by accident, manager came and apologized when he did not need to.Inside of restaurant was clean staff polite.Had a flavor of the day ice cream that was unique and fun( root beer that day we went).

Went there today. They were short staffed but didn't say a thing about being a wait for food. After 20 minutes I went back to the front and asked for my order to go. It took another 10 minutes before I got my food. Would of been nice if they would have said upfront that they were short staffed and a wait could be expected. My fries were sub par and chicken strips over cooked.

Very strong smell of sewer in the building. By the time we got our food, my husband had lost his appetite, and the rest of us had to leave the building and eat in our car.

I kid you not, there was a dead fly mixed into my polar swirl.. I’m just glad I pulled it out of my mouth and noticed that it WASNT a piece of an Oreo.. it literally had wings and green eyes.. I haven’t been this traumatized in a fat minute.

You really need to update your hours. Apparently this has been an issue at this location. Kind of disappointing when you drive far away when google says open but they’re not

Worst Long John Silver's in the country. Stay far far away. They don't care if your order is correct and will not make it right when it is wrong. Overcharged me would not give the food or a refund. Said that is our policy. Avoid this location at all costs.

We ordered kids chicken strip meals they were supposed to have 2 strips each , we've ordered these at other locations so we expected the same items. They served 2 small chicken nuggets and called them strips, they were not. My wife even went back to say something they brushed her off saying that's what we get . They didn't apologize or offer alternatives or extra nuggets. I tried calling the phone number it rang and rang never answered. Poor food, poor service not what we have come to expect from other A\u0026W restaurants.

What an experience. Waited at the drive up window for 20 minutes as a line of cars formed behind us. 4 people got their food before us even though they arrived after we did. The staff was running outside to get their debit cards and bring them their food - why they didn't just have us pull up, who knows. 5 minutes into waiting for our food, a worker asked us what our order was, as if they'd lost it somehow. We had paid already of course. So they go presumably to start our order and continue bringing food out to others. 15 more minutes pass without a word from any workers and then one of them passes me a bag of food without saying anything. No apologies, no thank you. I asked "what happened" and the cashier said "oh, we made it fresh". The burger tasted disgusting, like they hadn't been cleaning their equipment. The fries were soggy and mushy, but "fresh". Also tasted like they were made in filthy equipment. Inedible, we threw it all away. The single worst fast food experience we've ever had, but maybe it's on us for eating fast food in the first place.
